Baby Pool Anyone?

We are starting a baby pool...but without an entry fee. So send in your best guess for the date, time (to the hour), and sex of our baby and we will keep track of the entries.

Hint:
Even though we are due middle to the end of June, our midwife has told us to be ready for his or her arrival any time between May 27th and July 2nd. Also I (Alex) have been having dreams that it is a boy; although my Mom and January are predicting a girl.

Ice Cream and Pickles

Alex is eating a lot but has barely gained any weight. She thinks she's showing but few people have noticed so far (January and Shawn H.). I keep asking her if she wants ice cream and pickles but she always says no. I thought pregnant ladies were supposed to want ice cream and pickles, but all she craves is cheese filled smokies (it must be a boy).

No, we don't know the sex yet. At 20 weeks we can find out. When Dan and Debbie were pregnant he always said that you don't get many surprises in life, and finding out the sex of your baby is one of them. Alex wants to know the sex so that she can prepare. I'm on the fence, but if we find out we'll let you all know.

WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!!

Hello everyone, welcome to our baby blog!

For those who are just finding out that we have a bun in the oven, we are about 13 weeks pregnant. We're on Maui and planning to tell everyone about the baby when we get back the week before Christmas (which is the beginning of our 2nd trimester). We're very excited about joining many of our friends in the baby club.

We thought this blog would be a great way to provide more information about our little one to family and friends. Please leave us comments or questions in the comments section below. We will, of course, edit out almost everything Kevin writes. We also welcome suggestions for baby names, so please send your ideas.
